Man Accused Of Impregnanting, Aborting Three Times For Wife’s Sister |RN

Mukaila-Bello
                                        The accused: Mukaila Bello

Samson Folarin

An orphan, Basirat, has been taken into protective custody by the Lagos State Government after she was allegedly abused by people who should have protected her.

First was her teacher, then her sister’s husband.

PUNCH Metro learnt that Basirat had been put in the care of her sister who lived in the Ajah area of Lagos State, after her parents died in 2014 when she was barely 15.

She was enrolled in a private school in Ikota, where a teacher, Folorunsho Joseph, 34, allegedly drugged and deflowered her.

Her sister’s husband, 37-year-old Mukaila Bello, allegedly took advantage of the incident and defiled her repeatedly until she became pregnant.

Bello, an indigene of Kwara State, has four children and works with a charity organisation on Victoria Island, Lagos State.

After forcing Basirat to have an abortion in a chemist’s, Bello was alleged to have continued to have sex with her until she became pregnant the second time.

He allegedly took her to a hospital in the Orile area of the state where another abortion was carried out.

The victim reportedly informed her grandparent, who relocated her to the Ijebu Ode area of Ogun State to live with some in-laws.

Bello allegedly visited and defiled her at the new place, which resulted in a third pregnancy.

He was said to have made her to have an abortion for the third time.

The victim’s family members subsequently petitioned the Lagos State Office of the Public Defender.

Basirat was taken to the Mirabel Centre, Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja, where medical tests were carried out on her.

The test results reportedly confirmed that she was defiled.

Basirat, who spoke with our correspondent, said her ordeal started after her parents died.

She said, “After their death, I went to stay with my sister in Ajah where I was enrolled in a secondary school in Ikota. One day, my teacher asked me to bring a textbook from his house. When I got there, he gave me something to drink and I slept off. By the time I woke up, he had deflowered me. When I got home, I told my sister and her husband. They went to the teacher’s house with a policeman, but he had fled.

“After the incident, my sister’s husband started making advances at me. One day, we went to take one of his children from school and he stopped by at a hotel. He said he wanted to sleep with me, but I refused. He said he had taken a drug already. He forced himself on me in the presence of the small child.”

She said she could not tell her sister because she had high blood pressure, adding that the abuse continued until she became pregnant sometime in 2015.

Basirat said the suspect pleaded with her not to tell anyone so as not to “destroy the family,” adding that she had an abortion.

She said the abuse went on until she became pregnant the second time in 2016 and was forced to have another abortion.

“I had the chance to stop living in the house when I went for a festival with my grandpa in Agbowa, Ikorodu. I told him that I was not returning to Ajah because my sister’s husband had impregnated and aborted for me twice,” she added.

She claimed that an aunt who stayed in London arranged for her relocation to Ijebu Ode, the hometown of her (the aunt’s) in-laws.

Basirat claimed that while she was waiting to go to Ijebu Ode, Bello used the grandpa’s phone to speak with her.

“He called my grandpa and asked him to give me the phone. He queried me for telling them about what had been happening and ordered that I recant my statements, but I refused.

“He (Bello) later said he wanted to give me a phone and he would bring it to Ijebu Ode. Shortly after I got to Ijebu Ode in May 2017, he came visiting and slept with me. He did it about three times. He said his friend stayed in Ijebu Ode. I became pregnant the third time and he gave me money for the abortion,” she said.

PUNCH Metro learnt that the suspect allegedly became desperate to have Basirat back and pestered her to call her grandpa and deny her allegations against him.

When she didn’t bulge, the suspect was alleged to have started monitoring her activities on Facebook through the phone he gave her in Ijebu Ode.

Basirat said she had added a male colleague in a tailoring shop on Facebook when the suspect called and accused her of having a boyfriend.

“He called the person I was staying with on the telephone. He told the man that he should chase me away from the house because I was evil.

“The family asked me what was going on and I told them it was my sister’s husband and he had already threatened that if I didn’t return to his house, he would do something to make sure those I was living with chase me out,” she added.

However, the daughter of the man with whom Basirat lived in Ijebu Ode, Kaosara, said Bello was known to her family as Basirat’s boyfriend.

She said, “On August 8, 2017, we saw a mobile phone in Basirat’s wardrobe. My stepmother spoke with him (Bello) on the telephone and he confirmed that he gave her the phone. He said he wanted to marry her. He and my stepmother spoke frequently on the phone. I also spoke with me a couple of times.”

She said she warned Basirat not to have another boyfriend since she had a serious suitor.

Kaosara said the relationship progressed and she once asked the suspect for money for Basirat’s aso ebi for a wedding, and he allegedly sent N4,000.

“All this while, we never knew Mukaila (Bello) was Basirat’s sister’s husband. However, we noticed that he was always monitoring her.

“One day, the girl got fed up and she confessed that the man was her sister’s husband who after impregnating her twice, followed her to Ijebu Ode and impregnated her the third time. She said she had told him she was not interested in the relationship, but he had refused to let go of her,” she said.

Kaosara’s stepmother, Asisat, claimed that Bello gave her beverages while introducing himself as a suitor, which she rejected.

She said she was surprised at their age difference and asked the 37-year-old why he was not married.

“He said it was a long story. He said he was serious about marrying Basirat. I asked the girl about the man’s wife and she said he had chased her away. She didn’t say he was her sister’s husband.

“When the secret leaked, the man confessed to me and said he needed to ask for her forgiveness. He later told me he had actually slept in our house the previous day and forgot a phone, a T-shirt, a power bank, and an ATM card. He sent one Friday from Ajah to pick the items.

“Because we wanted to end the immoral relationship between him and the girl, we quickly handed over all the items to Friday, including the girl’s phone. We also destroyed her SIM card. However, the polythene bag in which the boy took away the items tore and two cheques fell. I angrily tore one; Kaosara kept the second cheque,” she added.

Officials of the OPD were said to have reported the case at the Area J Police Command, Elemoro, and the suspect was arrested.

Our correspondent was told that the suspect denied the allegations, including the claim that he visited Ijebu Ode to see Basirat.

A source at the OPD, however, said investigations by the agency revealed that the abortion took place in three different places.

He noted that the teacher who first raped her in 2014 and one of those who conducted the abortions had been arrested.

He said, “The girl was 15 when the teacher defiled her at Ikota. The main perpetrator, Bello, father of four children, took advantage of that and raped her as well. He forced three abortions on her.

“The teacher, who changed school after the act, has been arrested at his new school in Ikota.

“Although the main perpetrator is denying the allegations, the people at Ijebu Ode found a cheque he forgot in the victim’s room and he will have to explain how it got there, among other evidences against him.”

The Director of the OPD, Mrs. Olubukola Salami, described the acts as “heinous”, saying justice would be done.

She said, “We will continue to ensure that perpetrators of such dastardly acts are brought to book, especially in view of the inauguration of the sexual offences court in Lagos State. OPD affirms its stand with the Governor of Lagos State, Akinwunmi Ambode, that there will be no room for sexual offenders in the state.”

When contacted, the state Police Public Relations Officer, SP Chike Oti, confirmed the incident, adding that the suspects had been arraigned before an Igbosere Magistrate’s Court on Friday.

A charge sheet obtained by our correspondent showed that the main suspect, Bello; the teacher, Joseph; and the chemist, Amaechi Emmanuel, were arraigned on four counts before Magistrate Patrick Adekomaiya.

While Bello was arraigned on counts of unlawful defilement and procurement of abortion with N15,000, Joseph was arraigned for unlawful defilement.

The third suspect, Emmanuel, was arraigned for carrying out an unlawful abortion.

The police prosecutor, Friday Mameh, who stood in for the resident prosecutor, Peace Chukwudi, said the offences were contrary to sections 137 and 147 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, Nigeria, 2011.

Adekomaiya, who was represented by another magistrate, N.A. Layeni, admitted each of the three defendants to bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties each in like sum.

Layeni said each of the sureties must present evidence of tax payments and must deposit N10,000 to the Chief Registrar’s account.

The case was adjourned till February 22, 2018.   (Punch)

Nigerian Man Discovers He’s Not Father Of His Male Kids During Processing Of His US Visa Lottery

Africanmanandwoman

If I had known, I would not have played the America visa lottery. The lottery I played had put indelible scar on my heart, causing me pain daily as I move closer to the grave. I am now 64 years of age.

My undoing was the visa lottery I played in 2007. Prior to this time, all was well, and going smoothly in our family. I had married my wife in 1985.

We were blessed with 3 boys and a girl.
The girl, Moyosore was our first child.
She was born in 1986. The boys came there after in 1988, 1990, and 1994.

My wife was a full time house wife. She had everything at her request. A chauffeur driving car, two house helps, and other conveniences were at her disposals. I was a senior management staff at the defunct NITEL. A trained and accomplished electronic engineer.

I travelled round the country. My assignments most times, were between the Federal Capital Territory, and Owerri in Imo State. I however ensured am in Lagos at least twice a month to see my family. This was between 1986 , and 1997.

I retired in 1999 to start my own private company, which has continued to triumph to God’s glory.

In 2007, I joined several other Nigerians to play the visa lottery of the United States. I was part of the few thousands that won. I was happy, not because of myself, but because of my two younger children who will have the benefit of automatic citizenship of America. My older children; Moyosore, Aanuoluwapo were already schooling in Canada as at the time.

Hmmmmm, one of the major conditions of granting the visa is blood screening, and conduct of DNA for beneficiary’s dependants.
I had submitted necessary documents, and made payments for our screenings at the popular St. Nicholas, Lagos Island. We did the tests as recommended. The results were to be sent to the Embassy. I got a letter at a later date that I should present my passport and my wife’s for visas.

On enquiry, they said the kids I presented weren’t mine. I almost lost my sanity! My kids weren’t mine? “Is that possible” was my song.
I found it difficult to comprehend. Because it happened near my birthday celebration, I invited Moyo and Aanu home under the pretence that they were coming to celebrate with me, and had their DNA carried out.

Alas, only Moyosore was my authentic child!
I became sick, and almost passed on. I was hospitalised for a month. I eventually lost the opportunity to complete the processing of the visas, as I was no longer myself. Abi, of what need is the visa without my kids?

When I got over the shock, I confronted my wife. She was mad with me. She called me unprintable names and a failure. I kept my peace and moved on.

The following week, I invited her to a friend’s party. On our way back, I parked the car and pulled out of the road. She asked why, and I told her not to worry. I then raised the matter again. She rained abuse on me, and called me a drunk. At that point, I pointed a pistol at her side, and threatened to kill her, and dump her on the abandoned road.

I showed her copy of the DNA I got on Aanu, and the notification I received from American embassy. At this point, my wife became parrot.
She swallowed her pride, and confessed. She said Aanu was fathered by David, a friend and colleague, who was more of a brother than friend. We had been friends for almost 30 years.

Tunde and Bidemi were sons of our househelp, Kingsley. Kingsley was from Benue. He worked with us for almost 15 years. I had noticed my wife special interest in him, but never knew he was sharing her with me.

It has been 10 years after the ugly incident, and revelation. I survived the shock, but Adunni never! She died two years after. She couldn’t wait to tell the kids and sort out the problem and havoc she caused.

Till date, the children are not in the know of my predicament. The children are doing good.
The last, Bidemi now 23 is working in a multinational company. He graduated at 19.
So also are the other brothers and their sister, who are doing great in Overseas.

Now, I am 64. I have written my will again and again. I have deleted the names of the boys from my last will, even though I have not gathered enough courage to inform them that am not their biological father.I have not told anyone either, and its killing me day- by- day.

Should I inform them all, or tell only my own daughter? Or I should just die with the thought?

Porn Star Allegedly Paid $130,000 For Silence On Trump Affair |The Republican News

DENIS SLATTERY

A former porn star was paid $130,000 by President Trump’s personal lawyer a month before the 2016 election — part of an agreement to keep her quiet about an extramarital affair she had with the President, according to a report Friday.

Attorney Michael Cohen arranged the payment to X-rated actress Stephanie Clifford after her lawyer negotiated a nondisclosure agreement, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Clifford, who made dozens of dirty movies under the name Stormy Daniels, told friends the encounter with Trump took place after they met at a July 2006 celebrity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe, people familiar with the matter told the newspaper.

Another porn star, Alana Evans, told the Daily Beast that Daniels had told her “I ended up with Donald in his hotel room. Picture him chasing me around his hotel room in his tighty-whities.’”

“I was like, ‘Oh I really didn’t need to hear that!’” Evans told the website.

Trump has denied several allegations of sexual misconduct in the past and spokeswoman Hope Hicks said in 2016 that it was “absolutely, unequivocally” untrue that Clifford had a relationship with Trump.

Clifford, 27 at the time of the alleged consensual encounter, has appeared in films including “On Golden Blonde,” “Breast Side Story” and “Good Will Humping.”

Ortega/Getty Images Stephanie Clifford, who has made dozens of dirty movies under the name Stormy Daniels, privately alleged the encounter with Trump took place after they met at a July 2006…

“These are old, recycled reports, which were published and strongly denied prior to the election,” a White House official told the Journal on Friday.

Neither Clifford nor her lawyer returned requests for comment from the Daily News.

Cohen, a longtime Trump Organization lawyer, denied anything took place between the President and Clifford and sent a two-paragraph statement by email addressed “TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN” and signed by “Stormy Daniels” denying that she had a “sexual and/or romantic affair” with Trump.

“Rumors that I have received hush money from Donald Trump are completely false,” the statement said.

The report said Clifford, now 38, had complained after signing the agreement that the payment wasn’t coming quickly enough and threatened to can the deal and break her silence.

In 2016, the Journal reported that Clifford was set to appear on ABC’s “Good Morning America” to discuss her relationship with Trump in the wake of the paper’s story alleging the National Enquirer had paid a former Playboy centerfold $150,000 to keep quiet about her affair with Trump.

Trump is longtime friends with David Pecker, the chairman of American Media which owns the National Enquirer.

The Daily Beast reported it had been in talks with Daniels to tell her story, but she abruptly backed out just five days before the election. The site said it had three sources, including Evans, who told them Trump and Daniels had been involved.

The President has denied cheating on his third wife, First Lady Melania Trump, whom he married in 2005. She gave birth to their son Barron just months before the alleged tryst.

The alleged agreement with Clifford came around the same time that a recording of Trump bragging about grabbing women by their genitals was leaked.

Another adult film star, Jessica Drake, alleged that same month that Trump kissed her and two other women without permission in a hotel suite after the same 2006 golf event.

“I did not sign (a nondisclosure agreement), nor have I received any money for coming forward,” Drake told the Journal. “I spoke out because it was the right thing to do.”

Nearly two dozen women have come forward with accusations of sexual assault against Trump.

The women include former adult film stars, a contestant on “The Apprentice,” and several journalists.

The White House has maintained that the allegations are all false.

Trump’s public affair with actress Marla Maples brought about the end of his first marriage to Ivana Trump in 1990.   (New York Daily News)

Bill Clinton Facing Four Sexual Assault Lawsuits For Fresh Allegations |RN

By Rozina Sabur
Bill-Clinton

42nd President of the United Sates, Bill Clinton

Bill Clinton is reportedly facing fresh allegations of sexual assault by four women, according to sources within the Democratic party.

The women claim Mr Clinton assaulted them while they were in their late teens and working for playboy billionaire investor Ron Burkle.

Mr Clinton helped the billionaire generate business and reportedly flew around the world with a flock of beautiful young women on Mr Burkle’s private jet.

It is not clear exactly when the assaults are alleged to have taken place but they date from after Mr Clinton left the White House in 2001, according to sources within the Democratic Party.

The women have not been named but are reportedly preparing to file four separate lawsuits against him.

There is no suggestion Mr Burkle was aware of any impropriety.

The 71-year-old has faced a number of allegations of sexual misconduct in the past, including his infamous affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky while in office.

Mr Clinton also paid $850,000 to former Arkansas state employee Paula Jones to settle a sexual harassment claim against him.

The settlement led to the House of Representatives beginning impeachment proceedings against the 42nd president. He was later acquitted by the Senate.

In 1999 Juanita Broaddrick, a nursing home administrator, claimed Mr Clinton had raped her while a former White House aide Kathleen Willey claimed he sexually assaulted her during his first term in office.

Mr Clinton has always denied both allegations.

The four women currently taking action are hoping to secure substantial payouts in return for their silence, according to an official who served in Mr Clinton’s administration.

However if their attempt at a payout fails they are said to be ready to go public with their allegations.

Mr Clinton has always denied both allegations.

The four women  have not been named but are coordinating their legal efforts in a bid to secure substantial payouts in return for their silence, according to an official who served in Mr Clinton administration.

The four women currently taking action against Mr Clinton have not been named but are reportedly preparing to file four separate lawsuits against him.

A member of Mr Clinton’s legal team has confirmed the existence of the new allegations, telling the Mail Online: “Obviously, I’m aware of [the allegations] but can’t talk about them”.

However Mr Clinton’s lawyer did not responded to the Telegraph’s request for comment.

“Bill is distraught at the thought of having to testify and defend himself against sex charges again,” a Democratic Party official told the Mail Online.

“He hopes his legal team can somehow stop the women from filing charges and drag him through the mud”.    (The Telegraph)

EX-PDP Chair’s Son: Police Obtains CCTV Footage, Arrests Guards |The Republican News

Bilyaminu-Mohammad-Bello1
                             Bilyaminu Mohammad Bello and wife

Adelani Adepegba, Abuja

The Federal Capital Territory Police Command has obtained CCTV footage showing the last moments of Bilyaminu Bello, the son of a former Peoples Democratic Party chairman who was allegedly killed by his wife, Maryam Sanda.

Our correspondent had reported that Bello was stabbed to death by his wife over allegations of infidelity after she read a text message on his phone.

It was learnt that Bello was rejected by two hospitals before he was finally pronounced dead.

An impeccable police source said the police recovered the CCTV footage of their residence.

“We have been able to obtain the footage and it shows the suspect and three private security guards conveying him unto a vehicle from where he was rushed to a hospital,” he said.

Our correspondent gathered that the security guards had been arrested by the police.

The Federal Capital Territory police spokesman, Anjuguri Manzah, said more suspects had been apprehended.

He said, “I know that some suspects have been arrested, but I don’t know their identity. I can’t confirm that the CCTV footage has been obtained, but it may be part of evidence gathering to assist in investigation.”

Meanwhile, a family friend of the victim, Habib Gajam, has alleged that Sanda threatened to cut off her husband’s private parts during a quarrel hours before she allegedly stabbed him to death.

The family friend said in a series of tweets on Twitter that he witnessed the violent quarrel during which the mother of one attempted to stab her husband while demanding a divorce.

Gajam explained that Bello’s friend, one Aliero, who was also present during the scuffle, prevented Sanda from stabbing the deceased.

He said,  “At about 9 to 10pm on Saturday, tension started to build up between Bilyaminu (Bello) and his wife, Maryam (Sanda) at his residence.

“Maryam demanded a divorce with the threat of cutting off his manhood. Aliero, Bilyaminu’s friend in whose presence the drama started, intervened four times to stop Maryam from stabbing her husband.”

The witness explained that Ibrahim later called Bello’s uncle, identified as Auta and one Abba, the victim’s cousin, to prevail on her.

He said after some time, Sanda broke a bottle and attempted to stab her husband, but he reportedly struggled to take it from her, injuring himself in the process.

“After short calm, Maryam (Sanda) broke a bottle of groundnut and attempted to stab Bilyaminu (Bello) again, but this time, he held both her hands and struggled to take the bottle from her, injuring himself in the process….unrelenting and wild, she bit his finger.

“Uncle Auta had arrived at this time to calm the situation. They both committed to uncle Auta to let go of their grievances, at least for the night.

“After the situation had become calm, Bilyaminu and his friend went to a pharmacy to get his hand treated from the bite he sustained from Maryam,” he added.

Gajam explained that Bello and Ibrahim later went to withdraw money from an ATM for the repair of Sanda’s damaged car, noting that by the time they got back home around 11pm, everywhere was calm.

Abba and Ibrahim left for their homes around midnight, he said.

“When Bilyaminu (Bello) was seeing them off, he told Ibrahim that ‘I don’t want to go back until she’s asleep.’

“At around 2pm on Sunday, family members were summoned to Maitama Hospital, where Bilyaminu was lying in a pool of blood with multiple stabs on his chest, shoulder, a deep cut on his inner thigh, and many bite wounds on his stomach,” he added.

Gajam claimed that Sanda confessed to stabbing her husband to the hospital management, but added that she changed the story when she was directed to write a statement at the Maitama Police Station.

He said, “The police commissioner instructed that the crime scene should be visited. To the amasement of Abba and Ibrahim, who were key witnesses in the investigation, the bloodstains had been mopped up, murder weapon disappeared, but flower vases and pots were broken to corroborate Maryam’s earlier statement at the station.”

Gajam said Bello, who divorced his first wife to marry Sanda, did not deserve to be murdered.   (Punch)

I Am Free To Have Romantic Affair With Any Policewoman – IGP Ibrahim Idris |RN

1d4d1-idris2bibrahim

Inspector-General of Police, Idris Ibrahim

Leke Baiyewu

The Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Ibrahim Idris, has said that there is no law that prevents him from marrying a serving female police officer.

He challenged the lawmaker representing Bauchi Central Senatorial District, Senator Isa Misau, who accused him of having an affair with a junior female colleague, to prove him otherwise.

Idris stated this in a written defence he presented through his lawyer, Dr. Alex Iziyon (SAN), to the Senate ad-hoc committee investigating the allegations against him by the senator.

SUNDAY PUNCH obtained a copy of the written defence, in which the allegations against the IG were listed in six categories and responded to.

He specifically asked the senator to cite a section of the law that prevents him from having romantic relationship with a policewoman.

The police boss recalled that Misau’s father married the lawmaker’s mother while in service.

On the allegation that Idris was having affairs with two female officers who also got questionable promotions as a result, Iziyon said, “This allegation is laughable and showed lack of understanding of the provisions of the Police Act and regulation.”

The Inspector-General of Police challenged the senator to cite the section of the Police Act and Regulation which forbids a police officer from marrying another police officer.

He said, “Until he brings such section of the Police Act, it will amount to discussing the Inspector-General of Police’s private life, which ordinarily should not have been entertained on the floor of the Senate.

“It might be appropriate to remind the senator, whose mother retired from the police as an Inspector of Police and a father who retired from the police as an Assistant Inspector-General of Police, that the Inspector-General of Police is a Moslem and, according to Islamic Law, can marry four wives provided he can love them equally.

“The senator also alleged that the Inspector-General of Police is in a relationship with one Corporal Amina whom he claimed was promoted from the rank of Corporal to an Assistant Superintendent of Police within 12 months.

“This allegation is false and the senator is under obligation to give the full particulars of the female police (officer), where she is serving and her duty post. It is not possible to promote a corporal to the rank of an ASP except the officer has attended an in-service cadet course.”

The IG, who earlier declined the committee’s invitation due to pending court cases over the matter, appeared before the Senate panel on Wednesday, accompanied by Iziyon; and the Special Assistant to the President on National Assembly Matters (Senate), Senator Ita Enang.  ( The Sun)

Celestial Priest Impregnates Another Man’s Wife, Asks For Forgiveness In Court

cheating-Celestial-Church

From Taiwo Oluwadare, Ibadan

A Celestial Church priest, David Adebayo on Friday begged a Customary Court sitting in Mapo area of Ibadan to pardon him for impregnating Omolara Ojeyemi, a legal wife of Abiodun Ojeyemi.

Adebayo, who is a resident of Alakuko area of Alagbado in Lagos State confessed that Omolara was his concubine and that he had been sleeping with her for the past 12 years.

“My lord, anytime Omolara left her husband in Ibadan, she used to come to meet me in Lagos where we usually have fun. Sometimes, she came after her closing hour in her office and returned to Ibadan the following morning.

“Omolara only told me that she and her husband were no more in good terms even though she had already had two children. I swear on the holy bible, I didn’t intend to destroy her relationship with her husband, she is just ,my girlfriend.

“The pregnancy in her tommy belongs to me, I was the one that deflowered her during my NYSC days. I followed her into the court to ensure that her union with Abiodun is dissolved today not that I am daring the court’s power,” Adebayo explained.

Adebayo however, apologized to the court for causing so much disharmony in Abiodun’s family and for having unlawful sexual intercourse with a housewife.

The president of the court, Ademola Odunade dissolved the seven year-old marriage between Omolara and Abiodun Ojeyemi and ordered Abiodun to take custody of their two children. Odunade held that the society was fast undergoing an unprecedented decay in morality especially how adultery was ruining marriages.

“It is so tragic that a man can deliberately impregnate a housewife with children. It has never happened in the history of this court that a concubine will accompany his mistress to the court with the intention of daring us, saying nothing will happen.

“In the interest of peaceful living, the union between Omolara and Abiodun has ceased to be henceforth. Abiodun shall take custody of the two children produced by the union,” the magistrate stated.

Narrating his ordeal, Abiodun who was a staff of Nigeria Brewery said that Omolara, his wife, was an unrepentant fornicator despite his genuine love for her.

“My lord, ever since I got married to Omolara seven years ago, little did I know that she had been occupied with all sorts of escapades in the name of going to church vigil.

“What I know is that she usually tell me that she was going for  church vigil and I never had any reason to suspect her because I trusted her.

“However, since around June this year, Omolara started starving me of usual sexual intercourse between husband and wife. Before I eventually knew the truth, Omolara had told me that her concubine was her uncle and I was relating with him well as an in-law.

“One day, I got home and discovered that she had packed all the property away including mine. In fact, I have never failed to perform my responsibility as a husband to her and as a father to our children.

“Omolara’s concubine is a Priest at a Celestial Church, Emmanuel Parish Elewiodo-Ojo, Ibadan,” Abiodun explained.

Testifying in the matter, Omolara’s father confessed that Abiodun was a complete gentle son in-law whom he liked so much.

He added that he usually rendered Abiodun and Omolara monetary assistance anytime they were in need. “I know that Abiodun has a great future ahead of him and I used to tell Omolara, my daughter to keep calm. If there was any problem, Abiodun never hesitated to inform me.

“I never gave any wife to that naughty concubine and I know that he only wants to cause disaster to the happy relationship between my daughter and Abiodun,” Omolara’s father said.

However, Omolara who was the plaintiff in the case had earlier informed the court that she was no longer interested in continuing in the marriage with Abiodun because he was threatening her life with scissor attack and irresponsibility.  (The Sun)

[Photo] Nigerian Man Who Seduced Wife Of Malaysian Man Got His Penis Chopped Off, Killed

Malaysian-man-cuts-Nigerian-man-manhood (2)

By Ike A. Offor

This is one of the stories that I always hesitate to write due to its sad end. A horrific story and picture coming out Malaysia paints a very ugly narrative of a Nigerian man who allegedly has been seducing the wife of a Malaysian man.

It is usually a very painful thing for any man to handle to see another man consistently trying to seduce his own wife. Many men would kill for their love for their wives and this Malaysian man is not different.

It is alleged that the Nigerian man has in many occasions tried his best to seduce this man’s wife and has been offering her lots of seductive material gifts to lure her to his bed.

Reportedly, the wife of the Malaysian man turned down the offers and asked to be left alone. But the randy man refused to heed to her pleas. These attempts to lay with her went on for a while and caught the attention of the husband of the Malaysian woman.

On the fateful day, the husband of the woman could no longer suck in all the anger of another man harassing his faithful wife, he came up with a plan on how to finally deal with his competitor in his love life.

The Malaysian husband asked his wife to invite her randy seducer to their home for a great love-making session. A luring invitation he took with all excitement but was unaware that it is a decoy meant to trap him and such that could cost him his dear life.

On the fateful day, he came with condoms in his pocket that could last for several rounds of randy sex with his would-be sex mate, who’s another man’s wife.

The most interesting thing here is the man’s audacity to come into another man’s house to have sex with his wife.

When the randy seducer came, he met his fate and death. The husband of the woman then had this Nigerian man’s penis cut off and he bled to death.

Few questions were raised by this story, how did they immobilise him before they had his penis excised? It would be hard to immobilise a full-grown and energetic man, who is faced with the possibility of violent death via cutting of his manhood. Under normal circumstances, he would fight for his life and possibly escape his killers.

Also, did his wife also participate in the act of killing her seducer?

Either way, the problem is that a crime has been committed and it appears his killer(s) went scot-free.

Sex before or outside marriage is widely regarded as unacceptable in socially conservative Egypt.

According to the BBC, Ms Salah discussed ways of becoming pregnant outside a conventional marriage on her show on Al-Nahar TV.

She reportedly suggested a husband could be paid for a brief marriage, and also told her audience that sperm donation was accepted in Western countries — but not in Egypt. (ABC News)

The secne from the incident

By Ike A. Offor

A shocking scene was witnessed in Abisogbu Leigh Street, Ogba, Lagos State on Sunday when two apparent lovebirds were found semi-nude and dead in a Toyota Corolla parked by the roadside.

The names of the deceased are yet not known, they were said to have been respectively married. It was alleged that the woman was married with four children.

The Republican News reporter who spoke to some wintesses learnt that the man was found semi-nude in the driver’s side and his manhood very visible, the woman, who wore a gown, reclined in the passenger seat next to him.

In a twitter handle of one of the eyewitnesses, she narrated her version of the story from the scene

The scene of the incident was behind the headquarters of the Area G Police Command, Ogba, Lagos State.

The eyewitness identified as Happy Baby said: “I saw a man and a woman both naked and the engine of the car still running even the airconditioner is still on. They were apparently having sex and died.

Our correspondent gathered that a tricycle rider, who was plying the street, noticed that the headlamps of the car were on around 8.30am.

When the light remained on about 30 minutes after, the rider reportedly drew the attention of an executive member of the National Union of Road Transport Workers to the car.

It was gathered that the executive member and the rider went to the scene, peeped into the car and observed that the lovers were motionless. They were said to have immediately alerted the police at the command.

The car had been moved to the premises of the Area G Police Command when our correspondent visited the scene around 2.30pm, while the corpses of the duo were said to have been deposited in a morgue.

A member of NURTW, Adewale Sofuyi, narrated that he alerted the Area G Command to the incident.

He said, “A tricycle rider approached me around 9am. He said the headlamps of a Toyota Corolla by the roadside were on and that he had knocked at the car door without getting response from the occupants.

“I followed him to the scene and confirmed what he said. The man wore a shirt only; he did not cover his private parts. The woman was in a gown. They were both in the front seats. The seat where the woman sat had been adjusted so that she reclined on it. From all indications, they had had sex with each other before their deaths.

“I went to report at the area command and some policemen followed me. When they opened the car, a bottle of an alcoholic brand – Best – was found there. Their phones were also recovered. They moved them to the back seats and drove to the station. The police contacted their families through their phones.”

Sofuyi stated that when families and relatives of the deceased arrived at the command, they were shocked to know they were in an amorous relationship.

“According to the families, both of them lived in the same building in Ogba. The woman’s husband said he had suspected that she had extra-marital affairs, but decided not to confront her.

“The man’s wife is a nursing mother. She cried profusely. I learnt that the man’s father is the landlord of the house where they both lived.”

Our correspondent, who went to the Area G Command, was told by the policemen at the entrance that the Area Commander was not around.

“She (Area Commander) went to the police command headquarters in Ikeja over the incident. You can come back,” one of the policemen said.

The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Olarinde Famous-Cole, confirmed the deaths.

He, however, said he had yet to be fully briefed on the matter.

He said, “They (the lovers) were taken to a hospital, where they were confirmed dead. Autopsies will be conducted on them, while investigation is ongoing to ascertain the cause of death. I don’t have their names for now.”
