South East States Leadership Are The Major Problem Of The Region —Charles Ogbu

South East Governors

N’ezie, “Ịfe ólú melu Igbo dị ofu mana ife Igbo melu ọnwe fa di asaa”.

“They” inflicted one injury on Ndigbo while the latter inflicted seven injuries on themselves.

I spent the last one month transversing the entire Southeast States, checking the condition of PUBLIC SCHOOLS and GENERAL HOSPITALS, and what I saw left me wondering whether to pause and die crying or die laughing. Crying at the dearth of leadership in AlaIgbo or laughing at our conscientious refusal to see that our bigger demons are from the inside.

From my finding backed by video and picture evidence, there is a fundamental tragedy of leadership in our various states; one that will ultimately doom us all even faster than any other outside enemy can. Make conscious effort to look beyond the media theatrics and propaganda churned out by govt officials and their aides and you’d be ashamed of what you will discover – a complete breakdown of governance at the state and local govt level.

NO SOUTHEAST STATE CAN BOAST OF A GENERAL HOSPITAL EQUIPPED WITH A BLOOD BANK, AN OPERATING THEATER AND A STAND-BY DOCTOR IN EACH OF HER L.G.As. None! I mean, let’s say you find yourself involved in an accident and in need of emergency medical attention which requires blood transfusion and/or surgery, there is no state in the Southeast that currently offers this service in each of her local govt where general hospitals are meant to be situated. None!

In one general hospital I visited, there was no toilet. What they used as toilets were just holes dug inside a structure that was meant to serve as the toilet. The foul smell even from afar would leave you in no doubt that using the so called toilet may most likely end in your going home with more infections than you came with. It took me reaching out and sending the embarrassing video to the appropriate authorities for a team to be sent to the hospital which started work on the toilet without further delay. But before my coming, patients who came to the hospitals were sent to that same pathetic excuse for a toilet to go get their urine and faeces samples for culture test. I was sent there too after I posed as a patient.

In some state L.G.As, the roof of some of the hospital rooms were licking water. And patients were left looking for container to collect the water right inside the hospital room. In some, there were no cleaners. Dust and dirt everywhere. Some of the doctors, nurses and other health workers in some of the hospitals had tales of lamentation to tell about the inhuman condition they are made to work under. In one instance, the only ‘Generator’ they were using refused to come alive. Repeated attempt to bring the Gen. back to life by repeatedly pulling the kickstarter rope ended in the rope cutting into two which ended all activities in the lab for that day

In one particular state I visited, almost all the general hospitals in the local govts look quite new and beautiful. Sadly, going inside, I was greeted with a situation that seemed worse than what obtained in the states with dilapidated hospital structures. In this particular state, there is hardly a doctor per general hospital even when there are meant to be more than 2 doctors per hospital. In majority of the southeast state teaching hospitals (not the general hospitals this time), it is the same pathetic story.

You that is reading this, I challenge you to visit that general hospital in your local govt or even your state teaching hospital today. Go to their toilets, stylishly peep into the rooms where patients are kept and talk to the health workers there as to the kind of equipment they have in the hospital. When you are done, then come back let’s hear your findings.

In terms of public primary schools, the situation is a crying shame. The complaints and lamentations from teachers, headmasters/headmistress and the children, some of which I captured on video are heart breaking. More than half of the schools I visited have no source of water, no public toilet, no security, no electricity, and almost all of them are complaining of not having enough teachers. In one of the schools, I took a video of the school kids passing through a very busy major express road – with neither a pedestrian bridge nor a bump to slow down vehicles – just to fetch water they are using in school. In more than half of the schools I visited, the kids use nearby bushes for toilets either because there is no toilet in their school or the existing toilets are more like death traps. My attempts to reason with officials of the Universal Basic Education Board in some states yielded little fruits. Some of the officials believed they are doing their best within the available resources.

Again, I challenge you that is reading me right about now to go beyond the beautiful shiny state capitals and go round your own local govt and visit some public schools there – both primary and secondary….. Interact with the teachers and school kids, visit their toilets. Then make your informed opinion.

As shameful as it is to admit, THERE IS NO SOUTHEAST STATE THAT IS BETTER GOVERNED THAN NIGERIA. None! Not in terms of quality education, decent health care, human capital development, agriculture, respect for the civic spaces, transparency and accountability in govt business etc. Not even in terms of infrastructure because the infrastructural development like good quality roads and flyover in some of our state capitals are also happening in the federal capital. And some of the physical infrastructures you see in AlaIgbo are shrouded in absolute lack of transparency and accountability in their execution.

And the tragedy is, none of the aforementioned indices of good governance has anything to do with the federal govt, the 1999 Constitution, the skewed structure of the country, Buhari or even the Exclusive List . These are all areas under the control of state govts. The bigger tragedy is, year in year out, billions of naira are budgeted for education, health, infrastructure, agriculture etc in each of our states. Federal allocations are given to each of our states …… as bad as Buhari is, he has never withheld any of our state allocation. Obasanjo didn’t. And certainly not Jonathan….. So what is the problem? What exactly are the health ministries in each of the states in AlaIgbo doing with their allocations?? WHERE DO THOSE BILLIONS IN OUR STATE BUDGETS DISAPPEAR TO?? Sadly, a very low level of civic consciousness amongst the southeast masses only means things will keep getting worse. Some of the youths don’t even know the name of their Senator not to talk of their local govt Chairman. A shame, isn’t it?

The only reason the Southeast is churning out positive developmental statistics is due to the ingenuity and NEVER-SAY-DIE spirit of the average Southeasterner who, it would seem, were born with a divine mandate to ‘Go To The World and Succeed No Matter The Odds’. It has nothing to do with their state govt because even those of them living outside their region are doing well despite some state-sponsored attempts to undermine their effort.

We owe it to ourselves to, within further delay, find a way of salvaging our ancestry from the numberless Savages savaging her. A betting man would bet that most of those Savages are actually from within. And as it happens, I am a betting man.

Re-arrest Of Sowore Inside Court: NBA, Femi Falana Are Also Culpable —Charles Ogbu |The Republican News

I find the Department of State Security (DSS) continued display of primitive barbarism with regards to Omoyele Sowore’s case criminally disgusting. What we saw in the trending video is nothing but Executive brigandage on the part of the DSS. I feel nothing but disdainful contempt for the Commander-In-Chief who is perpetrating this banditry on an innocent citizen right inside the court of Law.

But, I feel more disdain for Barrister Femi Falana and the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) for playing a very active role in nurturing and emboldening this monstrous tyranny. Those two (Falana and the NBA) are part of the Arsonists of this inferno which is currently consuming the whole country. And they must never be allowed to deceive anyone that they are the Fire fighters because they are not.

Let’s face it, President Buhari didn’t start destroying our judiciary/democracy two days ago. He started it a long time ago and only a man who lies for a living will pretend not to know this. First, he started disobeying court orders with impunity with the NBA doing nothing. From there, he completed the evil job on October 2016 when he used this same DSS to abduct Supreme Court justices and judges of the lower courts IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT under the guise of fighting corruption. Is the DSS an anti-graft agency? And just before the 2019 election, he buried the judiciary and by extension, the rule of law and democracy when he SINGLE-HANDEDLY removed a sitting Chief Justice Walter Onnoghen using a mere exparte order fraudulently granted by the Code of Conduct Tribunal directly under the presidency and receiving orders straight from same.

Judging from Buhari’s past as a tyrant with a very horrible undemocratic records, Femi Falana and the NBA ought to have seen the sign quite earlier. As a lawyer and a body of lawyers equipped with the mental capacity for critical thinking and discernment, they should have known that a Buhari who publicly and repeatedly absolved Sani Abacha of any corruption charge, withdrew Danjuma Goje’s 25billion naira corruption case with the EFCC, re-appoint his Chief of staff, Abba Kyari despite serious corruption allegation hanging over his neck etc WAS NOT CAPABLE OF RECOGNIZING CORRUPTION NOT TO TALK OF FIGHTING IT. And as such, couldn’t have violated all known rules guiding separation of powers in a democracy the way he did in Onnoghen’s case for any altruistic reason.

But, shockingly, Falana not only supported Buhari on Onnoghen but was all over the T.V defending the head of the executive arm of government unilaterally and vindictively removing the head of another separate arm of government. In fact, during the last NBA conference, the same Falana was busy countering Mike Ozeikhome’s attempt to rally the NBA in defense of the sanctity of the judiciary. He was there shouting that Onnoghen was corrupt and as such, the NBA couldn’t possibly rally round a man facing corruption charges. But he forgot that it wasn’t really about Onnoghen as a person but about making a bold statement that the judiciary is a separate arm of government whose head should not be unilaterally removed by an over-bearing head of the Executive.

The rest, they say, is history.

Here we are!

So why is both Falana and the NBA now expressing orgasmic outrage over the DSS invasion of justice Ijeoma Ojukwu’s court in a violent bid to re-arrest citizen Sowore as though the Buhari govt became lawless just two days ago???

I think there is an important lesson to learn from this current reign of terror:

Tyrants always start by testing their limit. Once they take one tyrannical step, they listen and watch for people’s reactions. And once notable people like Falana and bodies like the NBA support their tyranny, they enter the next level. From there, they continue nonstop until they find their way home because make no mistake, tyranny always find its way home.

Democracy is nothing without due processes and procedures. And it can’t exist without an Independent judiciary and a free Press (none of which we have at the moment). If some Tyrant masquerading as a democrat violates a laid down process under the guise of fighting corruption, supporting that Tyrant while chanting “corruption” like some robot simply because you don’t like the face of his current victim is foolishness. You should look beyond what the Tyrant is saying and try to see what he’s leaving unsaid but which his body language and past record is pointing at. Most importantly, and this is for those against Sowore for his role in bringing Buhari, please guys, we have a common enemy and existential threat here, and it is certainly not Sowore. If we don’t put 2015 behind us, we might not make it through the remaining part of this very loooooooong night filled with terror.

Ibe Kachikwu, Niger Delta And The Scions Of Usman Dan Fodio, By Charles Ogbu |RN

Kachikwu-Baru

By Charles Ogbu.

I’ve said it before and it bears repeating now, President Muhammadu Buhari is an incurable ethnoreligious Jingoist and a Fulani supremacist with a feudal mindset. As far as he’s concerned, the North, specifically the Fulanis, owns Nigeria with the whole South as a conquered territory.

When a Fulani Muslim or any Northerner is involved in corruption, Buhari views that the exact way a man views the action of a son who takes his father’s money which is his by the right as the son of the father. But when a southerner is suspected of corruption, Buhari sees that with the anger a slave master feels when a mere slave steals from him.

Examples abound:

Till today, Buhari has continued to swear that Abacha did not steal. Dasuki is not in prison for any 2billion dollars arms fund. He’s in jail for his role in booting the Daura born ex-soldier (Buhari) out of office in 1985. In Olisah Metuh’s trial, he was handcuffed and his request to go treat a spinal cord problem abroad denied even when former Kano state governor, Attahiru Baffarawa, facing the same charge, was allowed to go pray in Mecca for one whole month.

The case of Ibe Kachikwu is a further testament to the criminal disdain which the Sons of Danfodio hold for all Southerners.

Make no mistake, Ibe Kachikwu’s humiliation in the hands of the Feudalists IS NOT an isolated case. If you think it is, then you are mistaken.

As I type this, vice President Yemi Osinbajo is going through worse indignity at the hands of Abba Kyari and co. Most of the things he says like when he described those asking for Restructuring as hungry people looking for appointment etc, were not his thought. Ngige, Ogbonnaya Onu and every Southern minister in Buhari government is passing through one humiliation or the other in the hands of Arewa men who ordinarily are not qualified to hold their bag.

They were all given an unwritten option which is to either be in office as obedient slaves creating the impression that there is a regional balance in the appointment and be collecting salaries with the attendant humiliation or resign. And because they are all integrity-challenged men with no principle, they accepted the former.

The only reason Kachikwu is still in office is just to keep maintaining the lie that Niger Delta is represented in Buhari’s government so the Creek boys will keep being deceived.

The day Buhari took the AK47 assault rifle from Kachikwu (NNPC Director) and handed him a catapult without even a stone (junior Petroleum minister) was the day he should have resigned if he had any honour in him.

Buhari is the Petroleum minister. Baru is the NNPC boss. As I type this, a mega power project has been launched in Kaduna for the Northern region. Rail-lines connecting the North to the even Niger Republic are in progress. Northeast Development Commission is heavily funded. VAT, which is sourced mainly from Alcohol, has a special % going to the North even when alcohol is banned in the Sharia North. Last week, there was a report in the Guardian that NNPC compels firms to pay a monthly sum of 100million to fund Northern projects.

Meanwhile, in the Niger Delta region, Ibe Kachikwu’s region, the main region producing the oil, what you will be greeted with is an environment unfit for even non-living things. No good water for fishing or drinking, no clean air to breathe, no land to farm on, no nothing!

All because of oil exploration in the region.

Nature blessed you with oil. But all you have to show for it are pains, miseries and death while those who do not have even a litter of “condemned” oil in their land are the ones owning all the oil wells in your own backyard and using them to develop their place and still treating your sons and daughters like subhumans.

An Ibrahim from Sokoto can own oil blocks in the Niger Delta and make billions without doing any work but if a Tompolo from Niger Delta gets a contract to secure oil pipeline in the same Niger Delta, he will be hunted like a common thief and his father brutalized, leading to his death.

Yet, we are all busy chasing shadows.

How far about Ogoni Clean-up, the same Ogoni struggle for which Ken Saro Wiwa and others were hanged?? After deceiving the people with noise about cleaning up Ogoni, the Oligarchs simply turned to their own region.

If the Niger Delta youths do not force the Caliphate to clean up their region now and develop it with the same zeal with which Lagos and Abuja were developed, is it when oil loses its value that they will do it??

In no distant time, even if the oil hasn’t dried up then, it will no longer be the beautiful bride it is today, considering that most countries are turning to the alternative source of energy far removed from the oil. When that time comes, you can be sure the Core North will have finished developing her region. The question is, what will be the condition of the Niger Delta region then?? We can all guess correctly, can’t we?

Those of you sitting quietly and waiting for Nigeria to be restructured so you can all take control of your resources, you are on a very long thing. The North WILL NEVER allow for any genuine Restructuring without a well-coordinated RADICAL push from the South. And you can NEVER get Restructuring through the existing constitutional framework. Even if you borrow lawmakers from 2 or 3 states in the North and add to the entire federal lawmakers from the South, you will not get up to the 2/3 required to change the atrocious apartheid manual masquerading as the 1999 constitution.

So I ask, how does the Restructuring group intend to get it?

Those of you who think Buhari’s unsettled but unsettling grudges and unmitigated hatred is for the Igbos alone, you are grievously mistaken. Down South, we are all Dwarfs in the eye of the “Giant” Fulani supremacists even when “Height Enhancer” is ours by right. Ndigbo are not even the shortest of the Dwarfs.

Any southern tribe boasting of having a better deal in Nigeria than the other is as criminally moronic as a Dwarf boasting of being taller than a fellow Dwarf instead of striving to be the Giant which he’s created to be.

Shame isn’t it??

Reno Omokri: The Accidental Media Aide, By Charles Ogbu |The Republican News

RenoOmokri

Reno Omokri

By Charles Ogbu.

I have always maintained that apart from conspiracy from both local and foreign scene against President Goodluck Jonathan, another major reason the Otueke-born Zoologist lost his 2015 presidential re-election bid was not unconnected with the fact that he had one of the most criminally inept and fantastically clueless media aides who were more endowed in tongue than they were in that area meant to house the grey matter known as the brain.

Reno Omokri’s recent tirade against Ndigbo confirms this.

An Igbo man and the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) Nnamdi Kanu, reportedly granted an interview in 2014 where he said that Jonathan was weak and incompetent as president and the best way Reno Omokri who was GEJ’s social media advisor could think to counter the assertion in 2017 was to start hauling invectives at the entire Igbos and listing individual appointments Jonathan gave to them.

In 21st century 2017, a supposed intellectual is listing individual appointments as achievements and even trying to use same to counter the argument that his ex-boss was incompetent while in office.

He couldn’t mention one monument erected by his boss. He couldn’t mention road network or any health or academic centre built for Ndigbo by his boss. All he could point to was individual appointments.

This is a walking shame!

Quite frankly, I should simply pause here and die laughing…. Laughing at a mentally truncated media aide who doesn’t know that the best way to counter allegation of incompetence against his boss is by listing infrastructural facilities and other solid achievements built by this boss of his, not by naming individuals who were appointed into govt positions by him.

With this kind of mental miscarriage from Reno Omokri, do we still wonder why the APC propaganda machinery effortlessly swallowed Jonathan’s media team and successfully painted him as a president who did nothing all through the 5 years he was in office?

If Mr Omokri cannot marshall out facts and figures to counter a mere allegation of weakness and incompetence levelled against his boss by an individual, how could anyone expect him to have any reasonable response to the web of earthquakic lies and brain-resetting propaganda mounted against Jonathan by the very powerful APC lying machine??

Poor Jonathan! He thought he had a media aide in Reno. How wrong he was!

The tragedy of Reno’s situation is that he does not even realise that his failure to list Jonathan’s achievements leaves observers with the conclusion that indeed, Jonathan did nothing for Ndigbo.

In this case, who really insulted Jonathan? Is it a private citizen who said his ex-president was weak and incompetent, the same thing that has been said by Asari Dokubo, Edwin Clark etc or a former media aide to this president who resorted to hauling invectives at everyone rather than listing the achievements of this president to counter this assertion???

In an article titled, “THE LESSON NDIGBO TAUGHT JONATHAN AND FUTURE LEADERS”, Omokri stated that Igbos lost the 1967-70 Biafra because they knew nothing about diplomacy which left them without many friends to help them during those trying time. According to him, the fact that no Igbo leader has come out to attack Kanu over the said interview suggests that Kanu’s position represents the views of the entire Ndigbo about Jonathan. This, he says, means that the Igbos are the ungrateful bunch. In that same article, Mr Omokri categorically stated that Jonathan was the first president to give Igbos the position of Chief of Army Staff and Secretary to the Govt of the Federation and as such, Ndigbo should be eternally grateful to him.

As a full blooded Igbo man, I find this criminally offensive. This is a double-barreled insult to Ndigbo because 1, what was said is a grave misrepresentation of fact. And 2, because Mr Omokri is the least qualified person to say those things, having himself been implicated in a case of identity theft in Feb. 2014 when he allegedly stole the identity of the son to the wife of his brother-in-law, one U.S based Wendell Simlin, to write an article linking the spike in Boko Haram bombing to the suspension of the then CBN governor, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi. (A quick Google search will give you the detail)

What moral right does a spineless faceless suspected identity thief have to talk to Ndigbo? If he was man enough, why did he resort to hiding behind a fake identity just to make a mere accusation?

Let’s treat the no1:

Igbos owe Jonathan nothing! Absolutely nothing. It is Jonathan who owes Ndigbo everything. We made him!

When the bunch of political terrorists known as the Cabal, prevented the gentleman Jonathan from taking over from the good man, Yar’Adua of the blessed memory, it was an Igbo woman, the late Dora Akunyili, who publicly confronted the Cabal and told all Nigerians that Yar’Adua was incapacitated. Her revelation gave birth to the doctrine of necessity which brought Jonathan to power. Without Akunyili, Yaradua would probably still be running the country by now even from the grave while Jonathan would be sitting quietly the exact way Mr Buhari is currently running Nigeria from the land of the WhiteWalkers with Osinbajo sitting quietly like an Arsenal fan when his club is facing a 5-0 defeat at the hands of Manchester United.

We gave Jonathan everything we had in 2011. We even died for him in the North in large numbers. Our support for him was 100%. Even when Jonathan bashing became the order of the day sometime last year, Ndigbo rose to the occasion and defended him even against some of his own people.

In 11th August 2016, I Charles Ogbu, wrote a fact-studded piece titled “IN DEFENCE OF PRESIDENT JONATHAN” published in the Guardian Newspaper which attracted a rejoinder from the presidency titled “IN DEFENCE OF PRESIDENT BUHARI, IS THIS THE CHANGE WE VOTED FOR? YES, IT IS” written by President Buhari’s senior media aide, Garba Shehu to which I again responded with “IN DEFENCE OF THE MASSES, THIS IS CERTAINLY NOT THE CHANGE WE VOTED FOR”.

When I was doing these verbal gymnastics with the highest office in the land over a Jonathan whom I have never met, where was Reno Omokri then? He was hiding somewhere in the U.S, too afraid to write anything in Jonathan’s defence. Now that the monumental disaster, Buhari, has been declared incapacitated, Reno is running his mouth. How convenient!

Our support for Jonathan was driven by a sense of justice, fairness and equity coupled with the fact that his opponent has always been a hopeless murderous ethnic jingoist with generational hatred for Ndigbo.

Why should we now sit back and allow an integrity-challenged Reno Omokri a.k.a Wendell Simlin disparages us for no just cause??

Why did Omokri not denigrate the entire Fulanis when El-Rufai and numberless Fulanis made sport of demonising Jonathan at every turn?

Asari Dokubo, Edwin Clark, Seriake Dickson have all described Jonathan as weak, yet, Omokri neither attacked those people nor their ethnic groups. Why?

Why does he now think he can attack the whole Igbo race simply because one Igbo man purportedly chose to criticise his ex-president?

Saying that a former president was weak and incompetent, is that an insult????

Frankly, I don’t get this! Is Reno such a bad user of the Queen’s language that he no longer understand that “weak” and “incompetence” are but mere adjectives naming an attribute of a noun?

So far, Goodluck Jonathan remains the best president Nigeria ever had. His worst remains better than the best of Buhari. Is this even debatable? He was and still is, a perfect gentleman. Matter of fact, I belong to the school of thought which believes that Nigeria was and still is, too primitive for people like Jonathan to preside over.

But was he weak as president??

Keep sentiment at home let’s find out the answer.

Several months before 2015 election, Jonathan was presented with credible evidence of the treacherous ways of Attahiru Jega, the man he appointed INEC boss but he did nothing! He chose to allow JEGA continue as INEC boss because he felt he (GEJ) couldn’t withstand the pressure JEGA’s sack would bring him.

That was a weakness! Jonathan’s failure to sack Jega was the height of weakness on his part.

#ChibokGirlsSaga remains unresolved till today mainly because Jonathan bowed to foreign pressure and admitted it happened even after his govt had earlier dismissed it as a scam. If GEJ hadn’t bowed to pressure, he would have simply arrested that woman Principal of
Chibok school and within hours of questioning, she would have spilt the beans.

GEJ showed weakness by allowing many people including Buhari to undermine his govt.

Are we really gonna waste our time arguing this obvious fact?

Now, let’s visit the dictionary:

The term “Weak” is an adjective and it means “liable to break or yield under pressure” among other meanings.

So I ask again, was Jonathan weak as president? In the Nigerian context, the answer is YES! Refer to the above instances I just listed out.

What then is the problem here?

Even if we lie to ourselves, how can we descend to the level of believing our own lies as the gospel truth?

My father, the late Emmanuel Nwodo Ogbu Nwachima, once allowed my uncle to take possession of our piece of land on the ground that he didn’t want to make trouble with his brother. To me, that was him being a peaceful man but it also portrayed him as weak.

I remember my father as a good man but each time I see my uncle’s children on that land, I think my dad weak. Context is of utmost importance here.

May I remind Reno Omokri that before Jonathan, two Igbo sons, Alex Ekwueme and Ebitu Ukiwe have held the position of both civilian and military vice presidents respectively. Allison Madueke has equally held a very high position in the military. So why should we be grateful for getting individual appointments of army chief and SGF even after paying with our blood in the North and are still being victimised by the present govt over our support for Jonathan?

Reno Omokri and co need to realise that those who live in glass houses should be wise enough not to start throwing stones around.

As far as Jonathan is concerned, what Ndigbo deserve from Reno and Co is gratitude, not attitude

In Nigeria, Average Southerner Is A Weakling, Inherently Coward With Serious Complex – Charles Ogbu

nigeria03
As an author in The Republican News, I came across this very carefully worded essay by Charles Ogbu, a man I have come to respect due to his insightful writings on some controversial issues that many would leave to avoid being tagged a bigot or tribalist but a very disturbing truth.
So, I took the time to bring one of his writings to our audience. This is mainly meant for the Southerners to ruminate on and look inward and ask themselves some very pertinent question, are the facts contained in this essay true or not.
Some of the wordings of his article are very strong, but that wholly expresses his anger and the bitterness he feels about the goings on in Nigeria and his beef with Southerners
Below is the article:
By Charles Ogbu
“In this Nigeria, an average Southerner is a weakling. A born coward with serious complex issues. A fool and an idiot. A slave. A typical example of a butterfly who thinks himself a bird. But this is not even the problem. The biggest problem is, he doesn’t even realize that he is any of those things.

The only thing an average Southerner is good at is blowing high sounding grammar and acquiring degrees upon degrees but when it comes to things that matter most, he goes to slumber.

An average Southerner has this twisted mindset that the best way to be seen as a patriotic and detribalized Nigerian is by degrading, shaming and disparaging his own tribe for no just cause.

Abacha stole this country blind, such that 20 years after, his loot is still being returned to the country. But in spite of this, people like Buhari publicly swore that he (Abacha) stole nothing. But to an average Southern idiot, Jonathan’s 5-year rule is the reason we have no fuel, no light, no good educational system, no nothing! Jonathan is the worst thief in Nigeria history. IBB, Abdulsalam and even Buhari who was accused of stealing billions of dollars as PTF boss were all saints. Why? Because they are Northerners.

Was it not a southern he-goat named Obasanjo who publicly accused Jonathan of training snipers in Pyongyang (North Korea) ahead of last year’s election? He made the unfounded allegation just to please his masters up north. Now that we have the highest figure of the senseless death of a civilian in the hands of both state and nonstate actors under a Northern president Buhari, have you read any letter from the daughter-in-law fucking pastor Obasanjo?

When Shiites were massacred in Zaria, it took less than 48 hours for Chidi Odinkalu of the National Human Right Commission to establish a commission of inquiry and summon the army chief but when unarmed IPOB members praying in a school field in Aba were murdered by the security agents, did you hear even a loosely worded condemnation from Chidi Odinkalu?

Check out the list of those asking that Fayose is tried for treason for writing to the Chinese govt over Buhari’s $2bn loan, they are 80% southerners. And most of them have not even read the said Fayose letter at least to know the reasons Fayose adduced in the said letter. These are the same fools who kept mum when Ango Abdullahi, Sani Kaita, and some so-called Northern elders publicly threatened to make the country ungovernable if power wasn’t returned to the North. When Buhari made his ‘dogs and baboon speech and directly caused the death of southern youth corpers, these morons kept mum.

With all the numberless killing of civilians under this regime and its open support for the genocide the world fourth deadliest terror group (the Fulani militants) has continued to visit on Nigerians, have these highly educated southerners bothered to write a strongly worded petition to the ICC in the Hague just like Nyako, El-Rufai and other Northerners did to Jonathan and Gen. Azubuike Ihejirika?

These southern bastards will gleefully yell ‘Kanu should rot in jail, he was preaching hate on radio Biafra!’ But these clowns maintained sealed lips over the hateful and inciting broadcast by ‘Radio Chanji’ and Arewa Radio upNorth. Such is the degree of the soulless hypocrisy of these southern dickheads.

These nitwits were on rooftops telling us how incompetent and corrupt Jonathan was and how his removal was a patriotic duty. Today, things have all gone worse under Buhari and you would think that these Southern imbeciles would be at the forefront calling for Buhari’s resignation but no! They are the ones defending the Daura-born ex-soldier even against the same things for which they crucified Jonathan then.

Now I know why Jonathan appeared weak as president and spent his 5-year term trying to please the North.

He knew he had nobody behind him. He knew that we Southerners are weaklings only good at blowing high-sounding but empty grammar.

These ‘efulefu’ Southerners will never question why Buhari has never condemned the murderous activities of his Fulani kinsmen but these same ‘anumpamas’ will read this article and quickly tag me a bigot.

Slaves who think themselves master.
