After his release from illegal incarceration in Kuje Prison, Nnamdi Kanu pays a courtesy visit to the first public figure who found it worthy to visit him while in prison, Femi Fani-Kayode.
It must be a return of the goodwill to the very first public figure who visited him then in the prison. Perhaps, Nnamdi Kanu is making a public statement in this very visit to pay such homage to the very man who visited him first, apart from his family members and close associates.
Mr. Fani-Kayode while receiving Kanu congratulated him on his release and encouraged the IPOB leader to remain firm in his pursuit for the total liberation of the people of Biafra.
The former minister while welcoming Kanu,, said, it was his pleasure to receive the IPOB leader in his house.

Fani-Kayode said Kanu has, during the duration of his unfair detention, taught many Nigerians especially the youth from South-East, South-South, and the West the need to stand firm for truth and fight for the true existence of their essence on earth.
