The President, Muhammadu Buhari who arrived in the country today landing at Kaduna International airport before proceeding with a helicopter to Aso Rock, thanked all Nigerians, both Christians and Muslims for praying for his recovery.
Muhammadu Buhari has been away for first what was termed a holiday for rest but it turned into a prolonged medical vacation.
He thanked both Christians and Muslims who prayed for him and who still continue to pray for his much-needed full recovery.
In his own words: “I am being grateful to all Nigerians, Muslims and Christians alike, who have prayed and have continued to pray for my good health”
“These are testimonies that despite the hardship that are being experienced, Nigerians support the government in its efforts to tackle our country’s challenges”.
Buhari then said in appreciation that “the best to pay you all is to dedicate myself to serving you, protecting your interests, and keeping your trust. I thank you very much”
The president said that he feels much better now. He urged the country to continue to pray for the country and for her prosperity.
