Ejangue: We prepared for six months for Falcons

Denmark-based midfielder, Augustine Ejangue has expressed confidence that the Indomitable Lioness will defeat the Super Falcons when both teams clash in the final of the 2016 Africa Women Cup of Nations today.

The Fortuna Hjørring star is sure Cameroon will win their first title because they are playing at home and prepared adequately for the AWCON.

“All our players know what they have to do for us to have a great finish. We know what we have to do for Cameroon to be the winner of this match,” Ejangue said at a press conference aheadof today’s final.

“This is the kind of game that is won or lost on details. That’s why we did six months of preparation. I thank God for allowing this CAN to be organized in Cameroon.”

Ejangue was in the Cameroon squad that lost 2-0 to Nigeria in the final of the 2014 AWCON, and lasted the distance at Sam Nujoma Stadium, Windhoek.  (The Nation)
