Female Viagra Gets Mixed Reviews

*The female viagra gets  United State’s  Food and Drug Administration, FDA approval.

The drug reviewers say female viagra doesn’t work very well. Some doctors and patients who have been using it said that it’s very helpful.

A  new review of the ‘little pink pill’ for women with low sexual desire says the drug doesn’t work very well, though some doctors and patients who have been undergoing the treatment disagree.

Th drug, Addyl, or flibanserin, has been on the market since October.

“The data presented in this review suggest that the meaningful change caused by flibanserin is minimal,” according to the team of Dutch researchers.

The researchers looked at eight studies on Addyl that together inclued almost 6,000 women. they said that for women using the drug, the number of additional “satisfying sexual events” averaged out to about 0.5 per month.

On average, in six additional “satisfying sexual events” per year.

The agency asked Sprout Pharmceuticals, which makes Addyl, to carry out more studies on the interaction between Addyl and alcohol.
