I hope this is not a re-enactment of our slip into debt peonage with these US led institutions.Although an expansionary budget, the expenditure heads are laden with excess spending on recurrent items from preliminary assessment of the budgetary provisions. This budget is hardly representative of change as canvassed during the campaigns.Another fraud perpetrated to win the ballot, and having won is proving difficult to achieve. Nineteen Northern governors, according to latest news reports approaching the Islamic Development Bank,HQ’d in Saudi Arabia seeking for funding aid is hardly cheery news .
